Local Search Interviews

Sharing is caring!

Michael Gray, at Gray Wolf’s SEO Blog, conducted a large number of interviews with internet marketers on local search.

There are 20 different interviews, which will be published over the course of this week. I was one of the folks who participated in this series, and join Aaron Wall, Dean Bloomfield, and Scott Smith with some of my thoughts on Local Search.

I’m really enjoying the interviews published so far, and looking forward to the rest of the series.

Mike Blumenthal also has an excellent post from this weekend about the new changes to the way Google local onebox results appear, which is worth checking out: Google Maps – Even more that is going on here

  1. Bill, I’m so glad you published that link to your interview!
Believe it or not, I was just referencing in a post over on Cre8asite something I knew you had said about community involvement, but I couldn’t remember where I had just read you saying this. Now, I can go add a link to this new interview. I must just have read this interview last night, but woke up unable to remember where.

I’m really excited about this new series of interviews and plan to read them all. Should prove a wealth of information, and I think they will be a super resource for the fellow over at Cre8asite who is asking how he should approach promoting his local realty site. Maybe you’d even come over there and talk to him?

Great interview! The Kentucky Fried Chicken point was especially noteworthy.
    Miriam
